Hockley House in Romsey is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join a brand-new service supporting young people aged 12-18 with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. You'll work overnight, building trusting relationships and delivering therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing environment.

You'll collaborate with residential, health and education professionals, complete welfare checks, maintain records and help young people develop independence and routines while safeguarding.
