Change Grow Live in Brighton is looking for a Navigator Outreach Worker to engage rough sleepers and connect them with the right support.
The role is co-located with the Street Outreach Service and the Multi-Disciplinary Enhanced Support Team, focusing on those with long and complex histories of rough sleeping in Brighton & Hove.
This fixed-term contract runs until March 2029, with 37.5 hours per week and a pro-rata approach for part-time posts.
