The opportunity As Headteacher, you will provide compelling educational vision, strategic direction and visible professional leadership. You will place pupils’ learning, wellbeing, safety and personal development at the heart of decision-making while securing high standards of teaching, behaviour, attendance, achievement and inclusion.
You will work closely with pupils, families, staff, governors and Trust leaders to:
- lead an ambitious, inclusive curriculum and a culture of excellent teaching;
- translate vision into measurable priorities and sustainable improvement;
- develop leadership capacity and a positive, accountable staff culture;
- maintain exemplary safeguarding, governance and statutory compliance;
- ensure strong financial stewardship, operational resilience and value for money; and
- strengthen the school’s role within the Polesworth community and the wider Trust.
