Communities Together East Anglia is a Suffolk-based charity headquartered in Stowmarket. Established in 1991, we initially focused on providing accessible transport solutions and have since extended our services to include community digital support, telephone befriending, and engagement groups. Role Description
This is a part-time position for a Project Lead for a fixed 12-month contract starting on 1st July 2026 for a project funded through the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme delivering energy saving advice. Training will be provided. The position is for a flexible 3½ day week with a salary of £20,475 per annum working within Suffolk. Holiday entitlement will be 25 days plus Bank Holidays pro-rata’d.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
- Capability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to adapt to on-site requirements and work within a dynamic team environment
- Experience in community engagement, and fostering partnerships is desirable
- Understanding of, or experience in, the charity sector or community-focused organisations is advantageous
