Job Role: We are hiring for a Careers Adviser to work within custody. As a CIAG Adviser, you will work within prison settings, empowering individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and aspirations needed for a fresh start by providing tailored career coaching, workshops, and personalised action plans. You'll inspire individuals to envision and achieve brighter futures beyond custody. This role is more than just a job; it's a chance to transform lives, reduce reoffending, and contribute to stronger communities.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £26,000 up to £29,545 (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
