The Role:
Location: Wakefield, MA
Pay rate: $24.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)

Summary & Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director leads community-based activities, motivating and engaging individuals to enhance their lives. Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training staff; conducting performance evaluations
- Supporting individuals in developing community skills and personal choices
- Supervising implementation of support plans and maintaining documentation
- Training staff and individuals, fostering an individual-centered environment
- Maintaining confidential records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Participating in planning meetings and advocating for individual needs
- Providing personal care and group coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, with 2+ years’ experience with adults with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of OSHA, DPH, CARF, QUEST, DDS, EOEA policies preferred
- At least one year in an administrative role
- Passion for supporting people
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
