Responsibilities include: Hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training staff; conducting performance evaluations Supporting individuals in developing community skills and personal choices Supervising implementation of support plans and maintaining documentation Training staff and individuals, fostering an individual-centered environment Maintaining confidential records and ensuring regulatory compliance Participating in planning meetings and advocating for individual needs Providing personal care and group coverage as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, with 2+ years’ experience with adults with developmental disabilities Knowledge of OSHA, DPH, CARF, QUEST, DDS, EOEA policies preferred At least one year in an administrative role Passion for supporting people Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass background and reference checks Check out our website: https://communitasma.org/ Powered by JazzHR Compensation: $24/hour Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
