We are seeking an accomplished Consultant Dermatologist to lead our dermatology team in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. As a key member of our clinical services, you will take a proactive role in managing a broad spectrum of dermatological cases while also providing leadership and support to clinicians across our network of community-based clinics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough triage, assessment, and management of dermatology cases, including complex and chronic conditions, in line with NHS and GMC standards.
- Patient-Centered Care: Provide clear, compassionate guidance and support to patients and families, respecting diverse backgrounds and maintaining confidentiality.
- Leadership in Action: Lead initiatives to improve dermatology service quality, ensure team compliance with clinical governance, and support training for junior doctors and students.
