About the Role
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with 2–5 years of experience to help shape the next generation of financial technology products. In this role, you’ll lead projects from discovery and research through polished UI design and developer handoff. You’ll work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for sophisticated financial platforms and data-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex UX challenges, facilitating stakeholder conversations, and designing elegant solutions for data-heavy products and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI projects from concept through delivery
- Design complex dashboards, workflows, and enterprise interfaces
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
- Present workflows and ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developers for smooth implementation
- Contribute to scalable design systems and AI-powered product experiences
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing SaaS, fintech, enterprise, or data-heavy products
- Strong analytical, visual, and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complexity into intuitive experiences
- Comfortable working in hybrid and globally distributed teams
