This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-driven organisation where operational excellence directly impacts outcomes in catastrophic injury and clinical negligence cases.

Based in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, this role offers real ownership — from expert engagement and workflow management to collaborating across Operations and Enquiries to ensure timely, high-quality report delivery. Support improvement in enquiry response times by feeding in expert availability, turnaround potential, and capacity. Work with the Enquiries Team to ensure expert matching is feasible and timely, supporting pipeline flow.
