The Role
As Station Director, you will have overall responsibility for the commercial leadership of Smooth North East. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Communicorp UK, you will lead the station strategy, inspire high‑performing teams, be hands on with customers and ensure the successful delivery of ambitious commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be passionate about radio and audio.
- Lead from the front as a strong and credible ambassador for the station internally and externally, building confidence with clients, agencies, partners and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute the station’s strategic, commercial and creative plans, ensuring clear delivery against revenue objectives.
