As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with a laser focus on new
business generation to join our team at Smooth Radio in the East Midlands.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our business forward by sourcing, winning and growing new
clients. You’ll need to be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Securing appointments with potential clients and presenting compelling pitches to win their business.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new clients to fully understand their business goals and craft tailored solutions.
- Retaining and growing your client base by providing exceptional service and ongoing support, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Exploring innovative approaches to leverage our wide range of products and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Developing creative, results-driven strategies to help grow your clients’ businesses.
- Differentiating us from the competition by thinking outside the box and pushing industry boundaries.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to ensure seamless delivery and impactful results.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets, call rates, and other performance metrics to ensure your success and the success of our business.
