The CWA Plant Engineer supports the safe, compliant and efficient set up and operation of the Plant Department activities. The role focuses on developing and maintaining SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) including the writing of RAMS, coordinating with delivery teams, ensuring plant readiness and supporting the Plant Operations Manager in implementing the CWA Plant Department’s methodology and system of work.
The position acts as a technical and operational support link from the Plant Operations Manager to the Plant Department and wider delivery teams, ensuring plant, equipment and workshops are mobilised, operated, maintained, and demobilised in accordance with project standards, statutory requirements, and SZC expectations. The CWA Plant Engineer reports directly to the CWA Plant Operations Manager.
