As an Apprentice HR Administrator, you’ll support the HR team in a dynamic, multicultural environment, ensuring seamless onboarding, data accuracy, and employee engagement for our employees on the CWA.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate seamless onboarding for new starters, including vetting, international transfers, and IT access.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
HR Operations
- Prepare and proofread HR documents (contracts, offer letters, policy communications).
- Resolve employee queries on payroll, benefits, and systems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Organise employee engagement activities (team events, well-being initiatives, recognition programs).
Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
Project Support
- Contribute to HR initiatives (e.g., improving international transfer processes).
- Cover for team members during absences to maintain service continuity.
Qualifications
