Based at our central London Regent Street offices, this role aims to manage multichannel strategy assets targeted to Healthcare Professionals by working directly with manufacturers and their agencies. What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator able to discuss products and services with professionals in pharmaceutical companies
- Outgoing personality with some client‑facing experience (desirable)
- Clear, professional telephone and online manner

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Supporting the Account Management Team with day-to-day project management
- Coordinating internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Producing and maintaining up-to-date project schedules and delivery pipelines
- Taking client briefs and translating requirements clearly to internal and external teams
- Working closely with the Managing Editor on production workflows
- Nurturing key client relationships and ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved
