The role involves a 2D motion designer with mixed experience working agency side, in-house or in production studios. We are looking for a 2D motion designer (3D and interactive capabilities would be a bonus) with a solid background in working from conception to delivery. You will be ambitious and ready to push your creativity, delivering solid client-facing work. Experience producing online learning would be a great advantage, as would experience using online tools such as Articulate, Vyonder, and LMS. However, these tools can all be taught. We are particularly focused on inquisitive designers with an eye for composition, timing, typography, and attention to detail.
You will form an integral part of the design and production studio. We have great ambitions as a studio and require team players with a shared vision. This is an office-based role. Studio time is a key element in the design process - we are on Regent Street, with Soho and all the delights it holds on our doorstep. We expect you to make the most of these prestigious offices, and our wonderful surroundings are important for allowing creativity to thrive. Working together enables us to approach new ideas creatively.
Salary: £30 - 35k.

Who you are: You should have a degree or equivalent education in a design-oriented field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. You are creative and inventive and believe it is worth the effort to create the very best work at all times. You’re ready for more responsibility and are looking to grow within an ambitious studio.
- Animator with a sense of timing, choreography and an eye for composition, typography, attention to detail and a creative flare
- Able to brainstorm, work with internal stakeholders to refine and develop final animations
- An excellent working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Blender and C4D is a bonus.
- Experience with print and web design - able to assist in a busy studio utilising Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Figma.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration within a fast-paced design and production studio.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
