We are Communication Works. We put together large-scale communication programmes in partnership with major organisations in the B2B and B2C sectors. These programmes provide commercial opportunities for companies to access high-value, hard-to-reach audiences.
Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to join our team and help drive the growth of our business by acquiring new clients.
The role
- Prospect and acquire new clients by conducting research and industries and reaching out to potential customers by email and phone. There is a daily cold-calling element to the role.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals via video call and phone to senior executives of potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our projects
- Work with our experienced management team who will support you with training and mentoring, as well as deal negotiation and closing to ensure you are meeting activity and sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales coordinators and appointment setters to identify fertile industry areas, specific companies and the decision-makers within them.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular activity, forecast and sales reports to your project manager
About you
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided)
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (preferred but not essential – training provided)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability/potential to effectively deliver sales pitches
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and win over clients (preferred but not essential – training provided)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and self-motivated to ensure KPI and sales targets are met
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities (preferred but not essential – training provided)
