Communication Works has tripled its revenue in the last 18 months. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re building an exceptional sales team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow fast in a high-performance environment.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front line of our commercial engine. This role is for someone who can confidently engage C-Suite Executives at Fortune 500 companies worldwide, build meaningful business relationships, and thrive in outbound sales. You’ll be comfortable with cold outreach, curious about how businesses operate, and motivated by mastering new skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating directly with senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generating qualified leads through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Conducting detailed market and account research to tailor outreach.
  • Building long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to refine messaging and strategy.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
  • Contributing positively to a driven, team-first sales culture.
