The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Contributing and participating in the delivery of a comprehensive Health Visiting service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications and service model for health visiting that meets the public health needs of local communities. Contributing to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018), including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk. To deliver the role in accordance with CLCH Trust values and behaviours.

The Administrative Single Point of Access team is responsible for processing and registering new referrals, booking clinics and client appointments to support achievement of service key performance indicators/targets, updating waiting lists, and communicating appointment-related information to patients, carers, and health professionals. They aim to make effective use of resources, reduce duplication and ensure that referrals are effectively and safely managed through the system.

The post holder is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to effectively coordinate and deliver a high quality of service. They will be an ambassador for the service; will be motivated to provide first-class administration in a professional manner in order to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives.

Responsibilities

The post holder is a member of the Admin SPA team and the responsibilities of the team are to support clinical services. The post holder will also work within designated divisional teams to support clinical services and specifically:

  • Assisting in organising the team's workload through effective diary management
  • Liaising with service users, families and key stakeholders, handling telephone calls, emails, and messages
  • The ordering of equipment and supplies
  • Supporting the clinicians with daily administrative duties
