We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow our existing client base while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, selling our market-leading cybersecurity solutions to a wide range of industries. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to build strong relationships, uncover client challenges, and present tailored solutions will define your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying new business opportunities: Research and prospect potential clients across various industries.
  • Building relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and position Communicate as their trusted cybersecurity partner.
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, and converting deals.
  • Innovating: Develop and implement creative prospecting strategies to stand out in a competitive market, using the latest tools and techniques.
  • Collaborating for success: Work closely with colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities within our client base, maximising revenue potential.
  • Leveraging technology: Utilise cutting-edge sales tools, including Apollo.io, OneShot.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to optimise your outreach and pipeline management.
  • Staying ahead: Keep up with cybersecurity trends and industry innovations to provide valuable insights to prospects and differentiate our offering.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a sales role (Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or similar) with a proven track record in new business acquisition.
  • Sales mindset: Confident, persuasive, and comfortable navigating complex sales conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented – you thrive in a high-performance environmentand see challenges as opportunities to grow.
  • Organised: with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on results.
  • A team player eager to learn and grow , with a proactive approach to personal development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and track sales activity.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence and engage across different industries.
  • Problem solver: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus – While not essential, an interest in cybersecurity or prior exposure to the industry will help you hit the ground running.
  • Collaborative mindset: The ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as SOC and Support to ensure the best customer experience.
