The Role: We’re expanding our commercial team and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT, infrastructure, network, cloud, or security sales. This role is focused on winning new business across our connectivity and secure networking portfolio, with particular emphasis on SD‑WAN and SASE solutions built on Fortinet technology. You’ll also have the opportunity to introduce customers to our wider portfolio, including Security, Cloud, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Managed Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and developing a strong new‑business pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
- Positioning modern infrastructure solutions, including SD‑WAN, cloud adoption, hosted platforms, and resilient backup and DR
- Collaborating closely with Pre‑Sales, Project Delivery, and Managed Services teams to shape winning solutions
- Working with leading vendors, including: Fortinet (SD‑WAN and secure networking), Microsoft (Azure, M365, cloud solutions), Lenovo (server and infrastructure hardware), Veeam (backup, replication, disaster recovery)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in network, infrastructure, or managed services sales
- A strong track record of winning 100% new business
- Experience selling SD‑WAN, cloud services, hosted infrastructure, backup/DR, or managed services
- Solid knowledge of Fortinet solutions
- Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Target-driven, well‑organised, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
