A leading Private Equity Fund is looking to appoint a Tax Advisory Manager into its London-based team. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role sitting close to deal teams and portfolio companies. This opportunity is particularly well suited to an ACA/CTA qualified tax professional currently working within a Big 4 M&A/Deals Tax team, who is looking to move in-house and apply their technical skillset in a more commercial environment.
The role
- Providing tax input on UK and international acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and restructurings
- Supporting tax structuring for new investments, including modelling and deal execution
- Advising on transaction tax issues such as stamp taxes, withholding taxes and exit structuring
- Working closely with portfolio company finance teams on tax matters post-acquisition
- Managing external advisors and reviewing tax due diligence reports
