Overview
Location: North London (Hybrid)
We’re working with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Treasury Manager to take ownership of day-to-day treasury operations. This role is about building best-in-class operational infrastructure - ensuring cash, payments, liquidity, and controls run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll modernise core treasury processes, embed strong governance, and drive automation across the function in a business that’s evolving fast.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day treasury operations across cash, liquidity, FX, payments, and banking activities
- Drive automation across payments, reconciliations, and bank connectivity
- Develop strong cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity reporting processes
- Enhance treasury policies, controls, and operational governance
- Act as a key operational link between Treasury, Finance, FP&A, IT, and senior stakeholders
- Improve the Treasury Management Systems and process improvement and optimisation
- Manage and develop a small treasury operations team
- Support business growth by embedding treasury processes into new entities and structures
Qualifications
- Ideally ACT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a Senior Treasury Manager / Treasury Operations Manager role
- Strong track record of delivering TMS and systems implementations
- Deep operational treasury expertise: cash, liquidity, FX, payments, bank structures, controls
- Experience working in multi-entity or international environments
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
