Director – Specialist Tax Recruiter – Permanent and Interim

Communicate UK is a boutique Accounting & Finance recruitment agency based in the City of London and we are seeking ambitious trainee recruiters to join our team. We have specialists covering Finance, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, Controls and Transformation.

You will be reporting into one of our home-grown Managers who will directly guide you on recruitment processes, as well as a training programme from our dedicated learning and development team.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Networking with qualified finance professionals to understand their drivers and win their trust
• Sourcing for live roles through database management, head hunting and referrals
• Meeting candidates and clients to allow you to pitch them effectively
• Start to build a network of clients through business development

This would be a good fit if you are:

• A recent graduate or have good academics at GCSE/A Level – we recruit for finance professionals who have complex responsibilities and needs
• Driven and self-motivated to succeed quickly – recruitment is meritocratic and you will get out what you put in
• Sociable and enjoy meeting new people – networking both internally and externally will be essential!
• Resilient – as with any business-development/sales roles, there are ups and downs

On offer:

• £27,000 basic salary plus commission. A realistic first year OTE of £35,000 which rises quickly in subsequent years
