A high-growth business is looking to strengthen its tax team with the addition of a Tax Manager. The group operates across multiple markets and continues to expand rapidly, creating a complex and commercially driven tax environment where the function plays a key strategic role.
This is a broad Tax Manager position with exposure across UK and international corporate tax, reporting, and transfer pricing. The successful candidate will support senior tax leadership while taking ownership of core compliance and reporting processes across the group.
Alongside managing tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, the role will also provide hands-on involvement in international projects, intercompany arrangements and evolving global tax rules, offering excellent exposure for someone looking to deepen their expertise in transfer pricing and global tax strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage UK and international corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Support the quarterly and year-end tax provisioning process and wider reporting obligations
- Oversee country-by-country reporting and assist with global tax governance processes
- Support the execution of the group’s transfer pricing policy, including intercompany arrangements and adjustments
You’ll likely be ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax experience gained either in-house within a multinational group or in practice advising large international businesses. Experience or exposure to transfer pricing, international tax or cross-border operations would be helpful but not required.
