We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, entrepreneurial insurance platform to appoint a senior Warranty & Indemnity Broker at VP / Director level. This is a genuinely commercial role for an established W&I professional who wants meaningful ownership, autonomy, and the backing of a serious platform. You will originate, structure and place complex UK and cross-border transactional risks, working directly with private equity, corporate clients and leading deal advisers.

The role

  • Lead the placement of W&I insurance on mid and large-cap M&A transactions
  • Originate and grow revenue through existing relationships and targeted business development
  • Advise clients on deal structuring, risk allocation and optimal insurance solutions
  • Work closely with insurers, law firms and financial advisers across the full deal lifecycle
  • Play a key role in mentoring juniors and shaping the growth of the transactional risk platform

About you

  • Proven track record in W&I or transactional risk insurance
  • Established network across private equity, corporate M&A, legal or advisory communities
  • Commercial, credible and comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in handling complex, fast-moving transactions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear appetite to build and scale a book
