A leading international law firm with a global footprint is looking to hire a Tax Associate into its highly regarded London team. The practice is closely integrated with the firm’s top-tier corporate, private equity and finance groups, advising on complex, cross-border transactions across developed and emerging markets. The team is particularly well known for its involvement in high-value sponsor-driven deals, structured financings and infrastructure-related matters.
This role will offer exposure to a broad mix of work, including M&A, leveraged finance, fund structuring and general corporate tax advisory. You will work as part of lean, collaborative deal teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates, often operating at the forefront of international transactions.
The Candidate
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE in tax
- Trained and qualified at a leading UK, US or international firm
- Strong experience in transactional tax, ideally with exposure to finance-driven work
- Excellent academics and strong technical grounding
- Commercially minded, adaptable and comfortable working across jurisdictions
