This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is highly proficient in management accounts and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, structured environment.The Role Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis against budget and forecast.Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight and commentary.Support budgeting, forecasting and periodic re‐forecast cycles.Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls.Gain exposure to treasury‐related activities, including cash forecasting and cash management support (training provided — no prior treasury experience required).Key Requirements Strong experience producing management accounts end‐to‐end.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.Confident communicator, able to explain financial performance to non‐finance stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills and experience working within established finance systems.Available to attend the office 2–3 days per week.Why Apply Opportunity to work within a high‐quality finance team in a globally recognised business.Valuable exposure to treasury, broadening your finance skillset.Hybrid working with a clear, structured role remit.Seniority level Mid‐Senior levelEmployment type TemporaryJob function FinanceIndustries Retail
