We are recruiting with a high-growth, innovative telecommunications organisation based in West London with a strong international footprint and ambitious plans for the future. This is a newly created role that has come about due to an extremely exciting period of change post M&A activity.
In this role, you will be responsible for UK corporate tax compliance, international tax provisioning and advisory support across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate reporting, driving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives impacting the global tax landscape.
About the role:- Lead UK corporate tax compliance, including oversight of returns and supporting documentation
- Manage tax provisioning and reporting under IFRS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide high-quality international tax advisory support across the group
- Partner with Finance, Legal and wider business teams on cross-border projects
- Monitor legislative changes and evaluate implications for the business
- Support transfer pricing compliance and implementation of BEPS requirements
- Drive process improvement initiatives and champion best practice within tax
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
- Solid technical UK corporate tax experience, compliance and reporting essential
- Proven advisory exposure in an international and fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to explain complex tax matters simply
- A true self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This role is West London based with hybrid working of 4 days per week in the office with 1 from home.
