An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Tax Manager to join a leading international business in London. This is a purely advisory role with a strong focus on M&A and due diligence, ideal for a first mover from the Big 4 looking to transition into a dynamic in-house environment. The business has a range of interests and is highly acquisitive. This role has come about due to an internal promotion and reports into the Head of Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on tax due diligence and structuring support for M&A and investment activity
- Advise on international and domestic corporate tax matters related to group transactions
- Liaise with external advisors, ensuring efficient delivery of tax advice
- Support group-level planning and integration projects post-acquisition
- Partner with finance and legal teams to assess and mitigate tax risks
About You:
- ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a background in M&A tax, transaction services, or international tax advisory
- Trained within a Big 4 firm, ideally with exposure to cross-border tax issues
- Strong communicator with commercial acumen and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- A self-starter keen to build a long-term in-house career within a fast-paced, acquisitive business
