A high-growth, PE-backed technology business is looking to appoint its first Head of Tax, a pivotal hire as they continue to scale at pace.

This is a unique opportunity to join a tech innovator that\’s reshaping its sector through rapid product expansion, international growth, and investment backing.

There is a lot of low-hanging fruit to tackle here. The companies ETR is high, and they often miss opportunities to act on advice from their external partners. With the PE-backing, there is also opportunity for inorganic growth and the complexities that come with that. The company is also considering an ERP implementation.

Who We\’re Looking For:

You\’ll be a senior tax professional with a strong grounding in UK corporate tax and exposure to international issues, either from a Big 4 / Top Tier firm or an in-house role in a fast-paced business.

Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is advantageous, but the real priority is someone who is
commercial and proactive.
We would consider applicants without prior Head of Tax experience.
