We are working with a leading international professional services firm operating across the UK, Asia, EMEA, Australia and the Americas. The Group Finance function sits at the heart of a complex, multi-regional structure and is currently investing in its systems, reporting capability and commercial finance partnerships to support the next phase of growth.

This is a high-visibility FP&A position reporting into the Group CFO, with regular exposure to the Group CEO and senior regional and divisional leadership across all geographies. The role sits within a collaborative Group Finance team and carries a genuine remit to improve and modernise the firm's financial planning and reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and improve reporting processes across the full planning cycle - monthly management accounts, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term plans - driving consistency, accuracy and timeliness across the Group.
  • Partner with the Group Finance Systems and Group IT teams to develop reporting capability within the firm's core platforms: NetSuite (Global ERP), Planful (reporting and forecasting), HubSpot (CRM) and Workday (HRIS).
  • Support the Group Treasury function in building connected management information flows that enable seamless cashflow reporting and forecasting across the Group.
  • Lead the ongoing development of management information and cost analysis, including Group utilisation, client and project profitability, and working capital - translating data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop best practice across the commercial finance team, acting as a collaborative and credible point of reference on all things FP&A.

The right candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA) with a very strong FP&A background, ideally gained within a professional services or similarly project-based environment. Experience working across multiple geographies and business units will be an advantage. You will be technically capable across financial modelling and systems - familiarity with NetSuite or Planful would be a genuine differentiator and equally comfortable translating complex data into clear narrative for a C-suite audience.
