A leading organisation is hiring a Senior Treasury Lead to lead the treasury function through a significant period of transformation and operational change. This is a highly visible, senior role combining hands-on treasury leadership with ownership of systems, payments, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with the CFO, senior finance leadership, and cross-functional teams across the business.
The Opportunity
You will join an established treasury function at a point of active change, owning both business-as-usual treasury operations and a number of strategic transformation projects. This role suits a senior treasury professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and problem-solving in a fast-moving, operationally complex logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury transformation and change initiatives
- Own and enhance Treasury Management System (TMS) functionality
- Oversee supplier payments, governance, and controls
- Lead migration to a new payment service provider
- Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency
- Manage day-to-day treasury: cash, liquidity, funding & payments
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement and Technology
The Profile
You will bring:
- Strong corporate treasury experience at Senior Manager / Manager level
- Hands-on exposure to TMS platforms & treasury technology
- Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- A process-driven, improvement-focused mindset
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced logistics / operational business
- AMCT qualified and/or ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
