Our client is a fast-growing, internationally operating group headquartered in London. Highly acquisitive, they have snapped up multiple businesses in recent years and are expanding aggressively into new markets. They are now mid-way through a group-wide finance transformation, including a new ERP implementation - so this is a genuinely hands-on moment to join, not just a BAU reporting seat.
The role involves owning management accounts for a key part of the group, while sitting close to the ERP rollout and shaping how the finance function scales. It is ideal for someone who thrives on change and wants real exposure to systems and process work, not just the numbers.
You will be doing:
- Month-end management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Playing a lead finance role in the ERP implementation (data migration, testing, process mapping)
- Partnering with commercial stakeholders; folding newly acquired entities into group reporting and controls; budgeting/forecasting; driving process improvements as the transformation lands.
What we need:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Management accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity or acquisitive environment.
- ERP/systems change exposure (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, strong Excel skills.
- Confident with non-finance senior stakeholders.
