Role Overview:A fast growing regulated financial services firm is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual to support its Treasury and Compliance functions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining daily operational integrity, financial accuracy, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury and Compliance Operations
- Responsible for daily safeguarding reconciliations, client fund settlements, and accurate financial transaction processing including payroll, tax submissions, and supplier payments.
- Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through AML/KYC checks, transaction monitoring, and onboarding support.
- Actively contribute to compliance projects and provide cover for the MLRO when required.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, AML/KYC, and FCA/NCA compliance.
- Proficient in Excel, Xero, and general IT systems.
Desirable Experience
- Background in treasury or compliance within financial services, with experience managing client funds, working with liquidity providers, and handling safeguarding and transaction monitoring processes.
- Commute 5 days a week to office
