We are exclusively mandated on the hire of a Treasury Manager for a rapidly growing, UK-based financial services organisation operating in a regulated environment. This role offers broad ownership across treasury operations, systems, and controls. It suits someone who wants responsibility for how treasury is run day to day, with the scope to improve processes, strengthen governance, and support the business as it continues to scale.
The successful hire will take accountability for treasury operations and infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, resilience, and consistency across the function:
- Ownership and ongoing development of the organisation's Treasury Management System, including system improvements, testing, and bank connectivity
- Reducing manual activity through automation and process improvement
- Maintaining treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Managing bank relationships, counterparty onboarding, and KYC processes
- Overseeing daily treasury activity and supporting the development of a junior team member
- Preparing treasury reporting for internal governance and oversight forums
- Acting as a central contact point for audit and regulatory interaction
- Working closely with Finance and other teams while supporting change initiatives alongside BAU
Requirements:
- Experience in treasury operations or treasury back office within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
- Hands-on exposure to a Treasury Management System, Kyriba experience is beneficial but not essential
- Progress toward, or completion of, a professional qualification such as ACT, AMCT, ACCA or CIM
- A strong control mindset with comfort around governance, audit, and risk
- The ability to operate confidently in fast-moving environments where processes continue to evolve
