Senior Management Accountant – 12-Month FTC

A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led business with a wide-reaching impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering timely and accurate month-end reporting, variance analysis, and commentary
- Supporting budget preparation, forecasting, and planning cycles
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Supporting process improvement initiatives across the finance function
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong management accounting background within a complex or regulated environment
- Extensive experience using Xero
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Confident communicator and proactive collaborator
