We are looking for an experienced Senior Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills.
The Role: Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will manage a team of four, ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing consolidation, and providing insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Manage overseas entities and produce investor reports.
- Support audits, tax filings, and VAT returns.
- Implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong experience.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Leadership experience in finance, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or tech.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial systems (Xero experience is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
