Senior Financial Accountant in London

This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role within a well-capitalised platform that is continuing to invest heavily into its residential rental assets. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full financial and management accounting lifecycle across a growing portfolio of operational assets, while also playing a key role in setting up reporting frameworks for newly completed developments. With multiple schemes already live and a strong development pipeline ahead, this role offers genuine breadth, visibility, and progression, working closely with senior finance leadership, lenders, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
