What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning the full recruitment cycle from day one
- Sourcing high-calibre finance professionals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working directly with a home-grown Manager in a high-performing team
- Developing market knowledge in your specialist niche
