A global organisation is seeking an experienced Interim AR Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable team during a key transformation project. This role will play a central part in the implementation of automated cash allocation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AR team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Drive the implementation of an automatic cash allocation solution (Esker, BlackLine)
- Collaborate with global finance teams to align processes and systems
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies
- Provide insights and reports to senior stakeholders on AR performance and project progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing AR teams within global organisations
- Hands-on experience with automation systems (BlackLine or Esker preferred)
- Strong understanding of cash application and AR best practices
- Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
