Personalized Health Partners (PHP) seeks a Nurse Practitioner (Adult and/or Gerontology) to deliver high quality primary care to residents at Turtle Creek Healthcare Center in Kensington, MD. The role follows a first shift, Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call, weekends, or holidays.
The NP will work in a high-touch, patient-centered model, collaborating with PCPs and interdisciplinary teams to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
