Commsworld are recruiting for field engineers to assist with the deployment of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) as our installation base continues to expand. The primary function of this role is to install and connect pre-configured devices in customer premises, working in conjunction with desk-based engineers who will confirm remote access. There will be a requirement to provide remote hands to assist desk-based engineers with diagnostics and fault finding. Current requirements will also involve installing hardware into street cabinets. Appropriate training will be provided together with, company van, laptop, mobile phone, PPE etc. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with an attention to detail, good customer facing skills and a willingness to learn about the technologies we work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide installation support reporting to Commsworld Managed Networks Team.
- Provide remote hands and hardware support to Commsworld Support Team.
- To work in an organised, timely and safe manner.
- To provide progress updates using Commsworld CRM and support tools.

- Full UK Driving Licence
