Join to apply for the Manager, Program CCS Professional Services role at CommScope. Now hiring a Program CCS Professional Services Manager in the UK. You will be the main point of contact for setting up, tracking, and closing out projects around the world. Responsibilities include:
- Handling project trackers, costs, billing, customer approvals, cleaning up labour and expense data, creating quotes and purchase requests, and keeping track of our team's equipment for CommScope’s professional services and key global clients.
- Creating and organizing project setup documentation within Microsoft SharePoint, including establishing project folders and setting milestones in relevant finance tools.
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure all necessary pre-deployment documents are uploaded and accessible for field teams.
- Regularly updating global tracking sheets, which include resource availability and financial tracking data.
- Initiating and maintaining daily project update email threads to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Auditing project financials and correcting T&E entries to ensure project margins.
- Attending both internal team and customer meetings, presenting relevant project data and contributing to discussions.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential, as additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the global team.
Required Qualifications For Consideration:
- Fluent English.
- Proficient using a laptop and current applications within the Microsoft Office suite of tools, with specific understanding of Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to key detail and ability to identify data anomalies particularly within expense reporting and labour accrual systems.
- Able to successfully conform to company standards, following method of procedure and stay within defined process and procedures.
- Effective and accurate communication skills and ability to negotiate positive outcomes both verbally and written.
- Identification of inefficient process steps and steps for resolution within team process.
- Understanding of Financial Force PSA tool is preferred.
