Reporting is more than numbers in this role. Key forecasting, inventory, and operational reports must be designed and delivered to support high-level decision-making. When disruptions occur; and they will, this position serves as the first point of escalation, leading resolution efforts with clarity, urgency, and cross-functional coordination. The work balances long-range strategy with hands-on execution. Close collaboration with Operations ensures that capacity plans align with the master production schedule, while inventory is optimized based on shifting market needs and business priorities.

A pivotal contributor to New Product Introductions (NPI), this role partners with Engineering, Sales, and Product Line Management to accelerate time to market while ensuring supply readiness. Collaboration is essential, standardized operating procedures (SOP) must be maintained, planning teams across regions and local entities supported, and global alignment achieved through effective use of SAP across the full product lifecycle.

The goal: balance global supply and demand to deliver exceptional customer service without compromising operational efficiency. With global responsibilities, the role also offers opportunities for international travel and engagement across diverse markets and teams. Ideal for a supply chain professional ready to lead, influence, and drive high-impact planning across functions and geographies.
