We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Administrator to join our growing team at Commsave Credit Union, based full time in our office at Moulton Park - Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, content creation and digital engagement who wants to play an active role in helping us connect with our members, strengthen our brand and support the continued growth of our great organisation.
Working as part of our Marketing team, you'll help deliver campaigns, create engaging content, maintain our digital presence and bring fresh ideas to support member engagement across a range of channels.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity
- Creating engaging content for social media, digital platforms and marketing communications
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance to maximise engagement
- Editing video content in line with brand guidelines
- Maintaining website content to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
- Identifying emerging marketing trends and digital best practices
- Supporting the wider team with marketing administration and project coordination
What We're Looking For...
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and highly organised, with a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and communications. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, content creation and campaign delivery
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite and CapCut
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and confidence analysing and presenting data
- A creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas and innovative thinking
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
You’ll need to live within close commutable distance to Moulton Park as this is a full-time, office-based role.
