We’re looking for an organised and approachable HR Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role at the heart of our organisation, providing reliable HR administration throughout the employee journey. From preparing documentation and maintaining confidential records to coordinating payroll information, training and employee benefits, you’ll help ensure our people processes run smoothly and meet the required standards.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commsave, providing a responsive and professional service while contributing to employee wellbeing, engagement and a positive workplace experience.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting payroll administration, pension payments and employee benefits

Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation

Coordinating induction, role-change and employee exit activities

Monitoring processes relating to one-to-ones, performance, attendance and absence

Assigning mandatory training and monitoring completion

Ensuring HR and compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time

Supporting ongoing employee screening requirements

Helping to coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace events

Supporting office health and safety requirements

Providing wider administrative support to the Operations Manager when required

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.

You’ll also bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A highly organised and accurate approach to your work

The ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities

Confidence communicating with colleagues across the organisation

Good numeracy, literacy and Microsoft Office skills

The ability to interpret and present information clearly

Confidence learning and using new systems

A calm, cooperative and professional approach

The ability to work independently as well as contributing to a team

Previous HR administration experience would be helpful, but your organisation, integrity and willingness to learn will be equally important.
