- Helping us meet our health & safety and fire safety responsibilities
- Gathering quotes and supporting the management of suppliers and services
- Responding to facilities queries and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Supporting our Operations Manager with wider facilities and operational tasks
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll be someone who takes pride in being organised, reliable and helpful, with the confidence to manage different priorities and follow tasks through.
- Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- A practical and positive approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop
We’ll support you in building your facilities knowledge, including working towards relevant Health & Safety and Legionella Awareness qualifications. If you’re looking for a varied role where you can learn, develop and make a real contribution to our working environment, we’d love to hear from you.
