We’re looking for an organised, proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team and help keep our workplace safe, well maintained and running smoothly. This is a varied role and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and working with lots of different people. You don’t need to be a facilities expert already – we’re looking for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who is keen to learn and develop.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to coordinate planned and routine building maintenance
  • Booking contractors and arranging visits for services such as plumbing, electrical work and lift maintenance
  • Supporting essential services including cleaning, security, utilities, waste and recycling
  • Acting as a friendly point of contact for contractors, suppliers and tenants
  • Keeping facilities schedules, records and documentation up to date
  • Helping us meet our health & safety and fire safety responsibilities
  • Gathering quotes and supporting the management of suppliers and services
  • Responding to facilities queries and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Supporting our Operations Manager with wider facilities and operational tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be someone who takes pride in being organised, reliable and helpful, with the confidence to manage different priorities and follow tasks through.
  • Ideally, you’ll have:
    • Previous administration or coordination experience
    • Good Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • A practical and positive approach to problem solving
    • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • A willingness to learn and develop

We’ll support you in building your facilities knowledge, including working towards relevant Health & Safety and Legionella Awareness qualifications. If you’re looking for a varied role where you can learn, develop and make a real contribution to our working environment, we’d love to hear from you.
