ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will play a crucial role in supporting the Comms8 global team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the local manager, you will be tasked with providing efficient and professional support in campaign management, new business development and content creation management across regions. This presents an exciting prospect, offering exposure to various operational activities within Comms8. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management
- Liaises with clients to discuss product/service to be marketed and develops the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives;
- Defines target group and implements strategy through appropriate media and communications planning work;
- Conceives marketing campaigns to impart the desired product image effectively and economically;
- Reviews and revises campaign strategy in light of objective KPIs and takes appropriate corrective measures if necessary;
- Stays abreast of changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates;
- Outlines and implements event execution plan for client's event conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, including high-level strategic planning and detailed logistics arrangements and execution. Provides on-site support at events;
- Works closely with the production house for quotes and oversees event and campaign executions.
- New Business Development
- Assists Managing Director and Manager in identifying business leads from current clients and prospects;
- Engages with key client contacts through the personal network, event, and trade body, utilising inbound leads, and proactive out-bound engagement;
- Manages and delivers a bespoke proposal for potential clients;
- Keeps business up to date with key market and competitive development;
- Supports the wider team for marketing campaign implementation.
- Content Production Management
- Collaborates with designers for digital graphic and animation for promotional materials;
- Works closely with the production team for filming and editing promotional videos for campaigns and events;
- Localises and writes marketing content in local languages.
