Investor Relations Manager

Are you an IR professional with corporate access and roadshow experience looking for a remote role? A highly successful IR Consultancy is expanding its team and hiring for an Investor Relations Manager. The firm works with large US-listed businesses from the S&P500, Nasdaq and Dow Jones to drive their UK and European investor relations.
The role is England-based, fully remote with occasional travel to UK and European cities for roadshows and client meetings. (You need to hold \’Right to Work\’ in the UK to be considered).
The role:
Road shows:
- Organise and execute roadshows to present investment strategies, market insights, and performance updates to potential investors, and accompany C-Suite and IROs around Europe for in-person NDR’s.
Investor relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors and Europe’s buy-side community.
Compliance:
- Support collation and preparation of documents such as presentations, pitches, RFC’s.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Previous experience of managing roadshows and accompanying C-Suite and senior level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
