The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are seeking a VMWare Aria Consultant to support us with a project requirement, due to start in March 2025, for a period of 6 weeks, full time 5 days per week, but may also be extended. This will be onsite during the entire duration of the contract, based at the client's site in Corsham, Wiltshire.
To be considered for this role you must have DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
The Role:
- Convert an agreed cost model into a format suitable for VMware Aria Operations.
- Develop reports for billing and usage analysis across VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and other hosted services.
- Create dashboards to provide a single-pane-of-glass view of customer usage and cost.
- Design infrastructure health dashboards for VCF/Omnissa/vxRail, as well as services like Infoblox, HashiCorp Vault, and Active Directory (AD).
- Implement RAG status monitoring for out-of-hours operations.
The Person:
- DV Cleared
- In depth experience of VMWare Aria Operations (Formerly vRealize Operations)
- Strong experience in building and managing cost models
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining infrastructure health dashboards
- VMWare certifications are also advantageous
